Our approach
From German classes to global careers
Metafora started by preparing candidates for life and work in German-speaking Europe. As demand shifted, we built a full overseas recruitment practice around work permits and employer placements — while keeping the training discipline that made the academy work.
Today the majority of our candidates travel on employer-sponsored work permits to Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Bulgaria and Germany. We tell candidates plainly what they qualify for, what the process costs in time, and what the job actually involves.
